In general

These conditions of purchase will apply to the sale to consumers of pharmaceutical products of different medicinal products subject to medical prescription. For the sale of prescription drugs, see the section “the Sale of prescription drugs”. Terms and conditions of purchase, together with the order and confirmed by an order confirmation constitute the contract is based on complete of the purchase. The conditions of purchase and other information are only available in Norwegian. Consumer purchases are regulated, among other things, in

  • the law on the sale of consumer goods
  • the law of the right of withdrawal
  • the law on the marketing

If the conditions of sale require the written form, this is done by letter, fax and e-mail.

The purchase contracts binding may not be entered into with minors without the approval of the parents. The purchase contracts are binding and it can be made with only people over the age of 15 years. Credit purchases can only be made with people over the age of 18 years.


Your order is binding when the order is registered in our ordering system. We are bound by your order as long as it is consistent with the one offered in our online store. When we receive your order, we will confirm and we will automatically send you an order confirmation via e-mail. Please carefully read the confirmation of the order when you receive and check for the confirmation of the order to match it to your order.

Information in the online shop

We strive to provide our customers with the most accurate information possible regarding our products. However, we reserve the right to make mistakes, printing/printing, which means that we can’t always deliver according to the information of our online shop.

We reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it, if the product is out of stock.


The total cost of the purchase are stated at the time of the order and includes all expenses related to the purchase, such as shipping, packaging, etc.,

We work hard to ensure that the online prices are always correct, but errors can occur and price. Therefore, we reserve the right to make mistakes. In addition, we reserve the right that the article or articles you ordered may be sold out.

When you buy prescription drugs online, please note that there may be little variations in price, then the amount reserved on debit card may vary slightly. The correct amount of your prescriptions is deducted when the articles by prescription are withdrawn for delivery to us. Paying with us, you agree with all the small price changes. 

You will be notified via e-mail or by phone if there is a change in price significantly higher than the price indicated in the order, and you will be asked to provide information about the opportunity to prepare further for the order. If there is a change in the price lower than the price indicated in the order, you will not be informed until the order was not delivered / received.

Delivery and delays

The input of the product is made according to the mode, in the place and time indicated in the order confirmation. We are responsible for the goods until they take them into custody, that is until you haven’t received the goods in your possession.

If the delivery of the products is delayed, we will inform you as soon as we are aware, along with the information on, and optionally when the delivery can be made, or if the product or products that are out of stock.

Depending on the nature of the products, and the duration of the delay, the user may, depending on the circumstances, to withhold the purchase price, prompt delivery, ask for damages or cancel the contract.

Examination of the products

After you received the products, as soon as you get the chance, you should check whether the delivery conforms to the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged during shipping, or if there are any defects or deficiencies in the products.


If the products are defective or faulty when you receive the products in your possession, you can, depending on the circumstances, request that the defect is corrected, return, price reduced, offset or the purchase cancelled.

The notification of the defects of the product may be communicated to us orally or in writing, notifying customer service, within a reasonable time after the defect or the defect was discovered *. However, there is always a period of complaint two months. For reasons of proof, you should send a complaint to customer service.

We will confirm in writing the receipt of all complaints.
